About the community
Why join?
We’re building an online home for Northern Irish creatives: a place to talk about the industry, share work and events, and meet people you’d otherwise never cross paths with.
It’s open to creatives in any field, from UX design to illustration to filmmaking. If you make things for a living or just for fun, come and say hi.
Inclusive and welcoming
We run a friendly, safe and welcoming space for everyone, whatever your religious beliefs, gender, sexual orientation, ability, ethnicity or background.
What can I expect?
NI Creative Community is a free Slack. Once you’re in, introduce yourself and join the channels that match what you do.
Who runs it?
There’s no organisation or business behind it. It was started by a group of Northern Ireland designers who felt the place for local creatives to connect was missing.
Want to help organise?
We’re always glad of more hands. If you’d like to get involved, email hi@nicreative.co.
